Joel Laufer
was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1976, and since has practiced
exclusively in the bankruptcy area, representing business entities in
Chapters 7, 9 and 11, prosecuting and defending avoidance and recovery
actions, and advising businesses in out-of-court workouts. He is a
former law clerk to the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado,
1976-1977. Rated "AV" by the Denver legal community in
Martindale - Hubbell Law Directory (highest rating for legal ability,
ethical standards, professional reliability and diligence). Robert Padjen was
admitted to the Utah bar in 1982 and the Colorado bar in 1985. For the
past sixteen years, Mr. Padjen has concentrated his practice in bankruptcy
and has represented debtors, debtors in possession, creditors, creditors'
committees, and trustees in cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the
Bankruptcy Code. He is a former law clerk to the United State
District Court for the District of Nevada. He has lectured on bankruptcy
issues for the National Business Institute, the Colorado Housing and
Finance Authority and Continuing Legal Education in Colorado. Rated
